About Metabolic Balance

One of the most important aspects of recovery from any condition is “Metabolic Balance”. One will not easily achieve optimal health when their metabolism is out of balance. My experience has shown me that anyone can recover from any condition. For what is too big for God to be able to help us.
When metabolic imbalances are corrected for each biochemical individual. I have seen amazing results, some actually miracles by any standards. Please keep this in mind as you read. When these imbalances are corrected, even just improved, you body’s individual function will improve and when you continue this the process optimizes. I believe that all conditions are three fold: Spirit, Mind and body. The importance of this concept is paramount. An example being, one has strong spiritual beliefs, yet the body is lagging and this proves to be a hindrance. As this aspect is addressed, one connects spiritually to a higher level. The same holds true to mental and emotional issues and conditions.
As one corrects their metabolism, which thereby affects their biochemistry in a most positive way, the way God intended it to be in the first place. It would be wise to remember that we all must be edified and sometimes trials and tribulations come along. Please, do not be dismayed, there is a greater lesson to be learned if we’re opened to it. All of this leads to progress and improved results. With the three-fold condition of the body working better, one sees improvement in many areas, such as: Diet, care of one self, positive ness, improved self image, spiritual growth, yes overall everything gets better. The major engines that run the body are the following: 1. Oxygen, either not enough is being produce or we’re using it up too quickly.
2. Energy production, either we don’t convert energy foods to glycogen which ultimately becomes the energy that fuels the cells and tissues or we have poor reaction to the hormone insulin which balances the energy fuel of the body, namely sugar.
3. Electrolytes, There is either too many in the cells and tissues, making them ready to burst or not enough, leaving us dehydrated. As the body is making up of over 70% water, this is crucial.
4. Ph, our bodies are made to function at the optimal Ph of 7.0. When the Ph is either too acidic, lower ph or too alkaline, higher Ph, one’s entire metabolism is affected in a negative way.
5. Nervous System, if it’s working too slow or too fast one will be too catabolic, (breaking down) or Too anabolic, (building up tissue and toxins). This causes havoc in the body.
6. Prostaglandins, this final engine affect all of inflammation in the body, including pain and allergies. The next topic we will discuss is how I received a diagram from above, explaining the threefold concept of Spirit, Mind, and Body.
